Expert notes
- Di Fara has been featured in numerous outlets as the best pizza in New York since its opening. It is not a place but an institution in itself. Customers can buy a slice or whole pie, but we recommend buying at least two slices because one slice is never enough. The pizzeria uses the best and authentic ingredients imported from Italy. Dom and his family use homegrown basil in all of their pies adding a unique flavor to the legendary Neapolitan pies. They have perfected their pizza-making process, the customers wait in line for the perfect pies.
