Bryce Canyon National Park Sunset Point

Sunset Point is one of the most famous overlooks in Bryce Canyon National Park, with a sweeping view over the amphitheater’s maze of hoodoos, fins, and layered cliffs. It’s especially rewarding near sunrise or sunset, when the changing light brings out the reds, oranges, and shadows in the rock formations. History

Sunset Point is a long-established overlook within Bryce Canyon National Park and has been one of the park’s signature viewpoints for generations of visitors. It is also the trailhead for the Navajo Loop Trail, which descends from the rim into the amphitheater and has helped make this overlook a central starting point for exploring the canyon.
