Twin Lakes Trail

Twin Lakes Trail does not exist within Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve. Hikers seeking alpine lakes within the park should consider legitimate routes such as the Medano Lake Trail or Upper Sand Creek Lake Trail. Note that Colorado's popular Twin Lakes region is located further north near Leadville, completely separate from Great Sand Dunes National Park.
