The Detroit News Building

Designed by legendary architect Albert Kahn and completed in 1917, the former Detroit News Building at 615 West Lafayette Boulevard stands as a prime example of Detroit's historic architecture. Although the newspaper moved out in 2014, the building was restored for commercial office space and private events. Visitors can admire its preserved limestone facade and read the historic marker along West Lafayette Boulevard.
