Otium

Otium was an acclaimed contemporary restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles located adjacent to The Broad museum. Known for chef Timothy Hollingsworth's rustic yet refined New American cuisine and open-kitchen design, the venue has permanently closed. It is no longer in operation and does not accept reservations.

History

Nestled next to the Broad Museum, Otium is part of the cultural fabric of Los Angeles, conceived as a place for the museum's visitors to dine after soaking in the art. It was designed by the renowned architect Thom Mayne and his firm Morphosis Architects and incorporates elements of the museum's architecture.
