Miami Marine Stadium

Located on Virginia Key, the historic Miami Marine Stadium is a 1963 modernist architectural marvel famed for its cantilevered concrete roof. Although closed to the public since 1992 following Hurricane Andrew, the venue has become an iconic canvas for street art and graffiti. While access inside the grandstand is restricted, visitors can admire its unique design from the surrounding waterfront grounds or from the water by boat.

The Miami Marine Stadium was inaugurated in 1963 and was the first stadium in the United States built specifically for powerboat racing.
