History

Disney Springs, originally known as Lake Buena Vista Shopping Village, opened its doors on March 22, 1975. Over the years, it has undergone several transformations, with its most significant expansion completed in 2016. This expansion doubled the number of shops, restaurants, and other venues, transforming Disney Springs into a world-class entertainment destination.
