SKELETONS: Museum Of Osteology in Orlando, formerly located at ICON Park on International Drive, has permanently closed. The museum previously showcased hundreds of real animal skeletons in interactive, educational displays. Visitors planning a trip to Orlando should note that this attraction is no longer operational.
History
Founded by Jay Villemarette, the museum opened in May 2015 and has since become a popular educational destination. It is part of the family-owned business, Skulls Unlimited International, Inc., which has been providing osteological specimens since 1986.
