Greenhorn Mountain

Greenhorn Mountain is the highest peak in the Wet Mountains of southern Colorado, located within the Greenhorn Mountain Wilderness of San Isabel National Forest rather than Great Sand Dunes National Park. Standing at over 12,000 feet, it features scenic hiking trails, rugged terrain, and expansive alpine vistas. Visitors can access the mountain and its wilderness trails via forest roads near Rye, Colorado.
