Long Bridge Pizza is named after the wooden causeway connecting downtown San Francisco to Dogpatch in the late 1800s. The famed sourdough pizzeria came from the vision of two childhood friends and Bay Area natives, Neal DeNardi and Andrew Markoulis.
Order at least one or all of these Pie dishes: Pizza Jacker, Loading Dock, Margherita, and White Pie.
- Long Bridge specializes in thin-crust, naturally-leavened, organic sourdough pizzas with influences from classic East Coast, Italian, and San Francisco styles.
- The restaurant also serves excellent sandwiches until 4 pm daily.
- Every Thursday, the restaurant features specialty Detroit-style square pizzas baked with a mozzarella and cheddar blend that crisps into the edges. Available in various combinations and rotating specials and baked in a 10” by 8” pan.
