Located in San Francisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood, b. patisserie offers an exquisite selection of French and Viennese pastries, open-faced tartines, and specialty coffee in a bright, modern space. Co-founded by pastry chefs Belinda Leong and Michel Suas, the bakery is best known for its iconic, caramelized kouign-amann and freshly baked croissants.
