Bunna Cafe is an African cuisine famous for serving tasty vegan Ethiopian food with a wide range of options. Started as a pop-up place, It eventually became so popular and successful that the owners moved the establishment to its current brick and mortar space. True to the Ethiopian tradition, the food is enjoyed with friends and family at a shared table. This place serves a traditional combination of plant-based Ethiopian dishes (cooked vegetables and simmered legumes with spices) served with Injera flatbread (a spongy sourdough flatbread for scooping). It is the first of its kind in the city to serve a completely hearty, wholesome, nutritious, and packed with flavors, full of vitamins, healthy fats, veggie proteins, and fiber vegan fair.
