Sergimmo Salumeria is an authentic Italian deli and café. Sergio and Massimo (owners) are constantly perfecting the art of cooking modern authentic Italian food with flavorful ingredients. They travel yearly to Sicily for the best cheeses, cured meats, spices, oils, bread, coffee, wine, and new techniques. Their father immigrated to New York City from a small town named Torretta in Palermo, Sicily in 1969. They have taken the Mediterranean "diet" and turned it into a lifestyle in the heart of New York City with their sandwiches, meats, and other meals with precision and love. No panino ever goes neglected- from Sergio and Massimo’s (owners) approval. Expanding on the family business they have cultivated their talents for pairing fine Italian products for their hungry American clientele and became the Lunch Mecca in Hells Kitchen.
